Caboobaroo Posted August 28, 2005 Share Posted August 28, 2005 well if you're looking to spend a little bit of money, try www.deltacam.com for a cam for the EA71. Next, get a Weber 32/36 for it as well and get it jetted right for the engine. Check out more in the offroad forum for jetting of Webers. Swap the disty with an electronic disty from an '83-newer EA81 and add some performance plug wires on it as well. Swap the stock coil with an Accel Super Coil, not the Super Stock, but the huge square one. Zefy Posted September 15, 2005 Share Posted September 15, 2005 i've been told that replacing the cam is a difficult job... you have to split the block and everything to do it? if not how hard is it to do??? and with all this stuff put on what kinda #'s do you think your running??? and how does the fuel economy suffer(maybe gain?) from the mods?
