For awhile I was making money buying them in the twin cities and driving them down to madison to sell...good part time job for any student. tcspeer Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 I have a 97 R.H.D., Subaru used to sell them to rural mail carriers at a good discount, for some reason they stopped offering them to us in 1999 or 2000 I dont remember what year for sure. you should still be able to spot a few around on the back side of most Post Offices.
