Going to have to rethread a plug hole. Looks like one was loose and did some damage to the threading.

Cleaned up old and new oil off engine parts.

Remounted the jump seats for the kids to play in the back.

Repaired a plug wire that I pulled the connecter off.

You know, I need to quit tinkering. Every time I do I have more things to do on it.

I bought O-rings to rebuild my oil pump with.

The moron behind the counter gave me the wrong **** parts.

And I didn't realize it until I got the pump tore apart (this is my first oil pump)

$&%*!!!

Anyway, I get to drive all the way up Camp Subaru in spokane to get my parts

replaced with the right ones.

Do NOT go to camp unless you're ordering something for an EJ series, and its

next to impossible to screw up.

It drives me nuts when I get the wrong part for something, and don't realize it until I have everything torn apart. I get both mad at myself for not checking before hand that all my parts were right, and mad at the idiot who sold me the wrong part ... grrr. I feel your pain.

1989 Justy 30 K had to slightly molest it but nothing that is not reversable:

(Yes the bumper will be repainted)

The hoses actually clear the plate. I ran the hoses so that I can service the car easily. They clear everything.

I am still trying to figure out how to run the wires for these. the wires under the hood are pretty much hidden.

The white one is a spare for future use.

And yes I ran out of hose clamps. Oil temp sensor is Teed off the remote oil filter adapter. The pressure sender is on the IN line to the oil filter. I wanted to keep the factory light. The oil filter is from s Ford 302 engine and almost holds 1 qt. My math came up with some silly amount of added volume, but it is almoet 15 feet of 1/2 inch tubing (including the cooler).

I am proud of this :) as I used to build things like this for a living.

8-)
