95 LSi Sedan 5MT Swap

On the electrical side of things, when you do a AT to MT swap on a 95 what needs to be done?

My understanding is that wiring on the 95 is different. I've been told a variety of ECU pins for the AT identifier that needs to be grounded. I've found conflicting data in Alldata, Identifix, and the FSM. What pin do I need to ground?

How do I fix my high idle? The car idles at 1,500RPM

My setup is the following

I used a 96 Outback as a donor car on this 95 LSi. I transplanted the transmission, rear diff, suspension, subframe spacers, and steering shaft/ignition switch (but I retained the 95s multifunction and steering wheel). All I have done on the electrical side of things is jump together the two wires for the neutral safety switch on the transmission harness under the hood. The folks over on legacygt.com seemed pretty confident that pin20 on the ECU should be grounded. I did that but I'm still throwing a check engine light and now have no OBDII communication (car still runs though).

What do I need to do here?

NOTE : Since this is the great interwebs and pictures are required...I've attached pictures of both the donor Outback (blue car) and the new LSi (white)
