I'm not sure what you are asking me to do. Do you want the brake parts minus the rotors? Even so you are looking at parts that are worth around 500.00 new so 40 would be too low. I will do the brake sets for 100 with the AC panel plus shipping. I can get a weight on Monday and find out what shipping will be. I guess you are thinking about buying the rotors there. I will figure out the shipping with the rotors and without and get with you on Monday.
