And as far as Hollywood, im actually in Hollywood florida so I wont have to worry about Cali's strick emissions polocies lol thank God! Hi to anyone who replies to this, I drive a 97 legacy outback wagon and im looking for a little upgrade now that the na 2.5 has expired. Im looking into purchasing a jdm sti swap with a manual trans as well cause im currently automatic. Im not sure what the engine code is, but its not the new sti motor, its the 98 model 280hp. I was wondering if anyone has done a swap like this and can give me input on what problems i might run into, and parts i will need to change. I am a technitian for acura so I am gear savy and will be doing the swap myself. I'd appreciate any info anyone can supply me with, thanks and take care... Adam
