i have a 1992 subaru wagon 5 speed 1.8l that has a hard start and bad idle problem. i have cleaned the iac and it helped but still has a hard time finding a idle speed. the car was sitting for 3 years when i got it. new gas,hoses,plugs,wires,cap and rotor have ben done. help please!
