I actually figured out the problem. The vacuum advance canister on the distributor had a hole in it. The tube was also connected in the wrong place on the intake manifold. It caused a bad vacuum leak and killed a cylinder. I ended up advancing the timing and plugged the vac advance. Runs awesome now.

Yo... I kind of want to go check out your loyale and see if there is anything I might need from it. I could always use the electrical relays and flashers. Probably take the rear hatch holder things... Let me know.
