I actually figured out the problem. The vacuum advance canister on the distributor had a hole in it. The tube was also connected in the wrong place on the intake manifold. It caused a bad vacuum leak and killed a cylinder. I ended up advancing the timing and plugged the vac advance. Runs awesome now.
