I have a 1974 bug with a 98 subaru ej22 motor its starts up fine and i was told that all it needs is a speed sensor. I got the sensor and installed it and it starts up with all 4 cyclinders and then after it reached temp it goes into fail safe mode so ive been told. Once it does this it only runs off of two cyclinders. How do you fix this problem?
