  1. OK, so i have a 1981 GL wagon 1800cc with hitachi carb, i love this car, have rolled it twice and it still drives down the road just fine. Anyways just yesterday i picked up 3 EA82 engines for $150, one is totally complete and single port fuel injected (the guy i bought it from claimed it ran when he pulled it), i compression tested it and has around 135-145 PSI in all 4. Ok, so the other 2 engines are dual port, but are almost completely stripped, pretty much just short blocks. One of the two is a turbo engine, i have turbo manifold/downpipe, compressor and intake mani and all the piping. So my question is, should i just throw in the single port fuel injected motor that is complete or rebuild the turbo motor and throw that in, or perhaps can I use one of the ea82 intake manifolds on the my ea81 and keep it carbed with a weber perhaps? i have all the parts to have a running engine minus ECU's. A local junk yard has the N/A or turbo one for $40. Any insight or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
