This is my first post just to say hey, and let everyone know what im doing. I have a 92 Loyale wagon, 1.8 spfi, 4wd. It started smoking, and lost power, and running rough all about the same time, maybe not in that order. So I have assumed a blown ring and I'm about to do an engine swap with one of those japanese crate engines. I am hoping that there is possibility of a simpler solution. There is oil leaking in many places. There is oil dripping from the tail pipe(exaust smoke is blue) and also in the engine compartment. There is also oil in the air cleaner. Lots of oil. Anyway, is there a gaske t or something I could just replace, and fix it.
