Great Day....I know this topic is a popular one...but I need some advice...just received my new glass lens replacement housings, which came with a complete wiring harness....switch, relay..etc. If I am going to be swapping out the OEM assemblies with these, which are H11, will I need to use the harness to give the lights enough power? or can I simply splice in the H11 connector into the existing light feed wire? I really want to do this right, without "hacking" it up...Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Good list of choices...I have the XV in the Hybrid Touring Model...and I LOVE IT...last winter here in Maine, like many other locations, WAS crazy..I had just picked up my new XV It got me through the winter with ease...It is lighter but more nimble and grabs the road like gorilla glue. I have a hunting camp in northwestern Maine...It navigates there through whatever mud and crap...Bird hunting and such was fine...I do like to keep my XV pristine, so I obsess over it during these time...The AWD is flawless. My wife loves it, but she has her own vintage Forester. I travel 40 minutes to my work, and get an average of 35 MPG. Sometimes 39...I love my XV. I am happy to answer any questions... Hey... I am new here and a proud new owner of a 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid Touring.... I absolutely love it...the color...the handling...all the electronics.... I am interested in installing a tow hitch and roof bars. It is possible to tow a small 4x8 trailer with my lawn tractor?? or snow blower?? Thanks!!! Cheers!!
