Hi, My name is Ian, I'm new to the forum and car building I picked up a running 1982 Subaru GLF with a 5 speed manual. Most everything works except the shifter moves up and down. I want to make it into a off-roading unit because of the amount of trails around my house. I'm hoping to covert it into a 4wd with a sc14/amr500 supercharged ea81 behind it. I a newbie to working on Subaru's and carbureted engine so I thought it would push me out of my comfort zone.
