October 16, 200916 yr what's goin on dudes and dudettes? a friend of mine recently got a '95 legacy like two days ago for like 500 bucks. nice deal rite? that's what i said. anywya the ************er runs, drives, shifts well and everything! anyway the guy before rebuilt the trans and there's gear oil in the trans and i think trans fluid in the diff. WTF mate. please explain this nonsense. nice to meet you all btw.
October 17, 200916 yr auto or manual? manual trans and fwd diff share gear oil center diff is sealed, silicone oil rear diff is gear oil keep the tires the same size and brand, should be same circumference all around or the diffs bind up '95 is a 2.2L, non-interference engine, your friend got a good deal
