Rear lift done, want to lift front, how hard to extend steering....any suggestions on where to go to steering extended done in Arlington, WA area?

How much lift you looking at?

 

2" requires none.

 

and at 4" just add to your steering shaft. You don't need some shop to do it.

There are many pics on this forum showing you how to do it, and what it should look like before and after.

Just a tip......

 

Stock 90-99 Legacy Steering coupler will work 3inch crossmember blocks Lifted EA82.

 

The stock 96-99 Outback coupler works for 4 inch lifted.
