i have a 97 subaru lagacy gt wagon that will not start ive done a jdm engine swap and swaped the intake and such and ive hooked up a obd II diognostic reader to it.

shows the following codes p100 p101 p1120 p1121 those are fuel and air metering . also p 1540 idle speed control . P130 thats o2 sensor malfunction bank 1 sensor 1. p 136 o2 sensor malfunction sensor 1 bank 1 p500 speed sensor malfunction . ive checked most of the sencors in the car would this cause the car not to run. well it trys to run but then dies would this be a bad ecm , also is makeing a bunch of clicking noises under the hood and in the cabin of the car.....
