Hey, just a quick question, would there be anything wrong with me using my ej25 pan on my ej22? Finishing up my weekend swap on the outback, and this is the first problem. Also, how about running without the plastic shrouding around the timing belt? Stupid, Insane, or OK. all mine were broke on the donor, cant wait another week to get new ones.

The center cover will work, the oil pan will as well. Remember to check oil level the bigger pan holds about 1/2 qt more.

Hey all the pan worked fine, had to keep the ej22 dipstick though, and left the factory sump in, it was identical in size and length.
