Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to put a roll back roof on a 360? Or something akin to it? I have found one without a top and I don't know how easy it will be to find a top for it or have one made. Thanks for any help you can give!

Yes. Most people choose a simple snap on top, not appealing.  If you join the Subaru 360 club site, on the forums there are pictures and templates of real Japanese optioned fold back tops, they are complicated but look and function great.
