I have a 2000 outback and I don't like the front end in two ways. It's too low and it sticks out too far from the front wheels.

I can barely go off road without running the front plastic stuff in to the ground. So I want to lift the car or naybe fabricate some new front end?

I have no doubt this has been talked to death but I couldn't find where.
