Hello, my name is Chris. i have been a subaru fan since my mom and dad bought a brand new 1979 subaru dl wagon . I remember traveling across the country twice stuffed in the back seat with my sister. they drove it till 94 when the engine gave out at 750k i still have the car but am unsure what to do with it yet. For the last few years i have been seeking out and saving up to buy a rust free (yeah i know..wishful thinking) complete stock 1980-82 brat to restore. I am a master model maker, and work with 3d printing and patterning. i am here to gather information to take the Tamiya 1/10th scale RC Kit body and correct the wheelwells and imperfections as well as scratchbuild a complete engine,engine compartment, interior, and undercarriage using a combo of 3d printing and scratchbuild
