Just signed on to USMB I was formerly a member of Subaru Forums which I can't seem to access anymore so I'm hoping this is the new version of the old one. Anyhow I have 2002 Outback and an awesome set of tools. It appears as though my back wheels are locking and it's not the e brake. Differential perhaps? I'll be exploring the forums to see if others have experienced this problem.

NOt familiar with the older models- disc brakes rear? with a set of shoes for the Ebrake?

Odometer?

 Ever serviced the brakes?

 Live in the Rust belt?
