Newbie in the posts.  Thinking of trading in my 2011 Impreza hatch for a new Outback, but I absolutely hate, really, really hate

the CVT, and don't want a manual. Has the tranny gotten any better?  I looked at a VW, Acura, and Nissan, but their AWD

isn't as good (i'm told) but the interiors are nicer. Thanks.
