Merging wrx harness to oem brat head lights

Hey guys so I'm getting to the process of wiring up my lights. My plan is to just get the brat pig tails and merge them to the wrx harness so it would still be plug and play lights.  These are the 2 diagrams I have. 

My issue is that I cant seem to get the high beams to work.. which isnt really a dealbreaker but I'd like to get them to work if possible.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
