does anybody know where i can get fuel pump control module and a fuel pump for a ej20tt

You may want to see about using a USDM WRX fuel control module. I don't know if they're the same, but I do know the US WRX's from 2002 onward have them.

 

Other option is to see if you can get an importer to get you one.
