Guest rtp373
Hey, would it be unlikely that a catalytic converter start ****ting the bed at 20,000 miles (2002 OBW)? When I came home from doing some errands tonight I noticed a very faint rotten egg smell as I got out of the car.

Guest rtp373
Actually, it was outside the car and I had backed down into my driveway, so I thought I may have been looming in some exhaust when I got out. was questioning what in relation to the catalytic converter causes this smell and if the converter was on its way out... Guest mehwolfy
The most obvious answer is: smelt it delt it.
Guest scoobtech
The most common cause of this is the fuel itself . Some are blended with higher sulfur levels , hence rotten egg smell . Try gas from another brand & see what happens .
