Info on replacing bulbs in climate control?

I have a 1996 Legacy with all the bulbs burned out in the climate control. There was a link previously mentioned with reported info on how to remove the unit, replace bulbs and good alternatvie bulbs, but it is no longer active. Any links or info would be greatly appreciated.
