t-case conversion?

greetings all
Ok I found a 86 nissian 4wd 5speed extended cab truck with a Z motor will this transfer case and axels work for T-case conversion if so is 500 for the whole truck worth it it has a cylinder thats dead? Thanks all

do a compression test on the dead cylinder, and find out if its an easy fix, if so you could probably sell the engine for some loot to get part of the 500 back,, the real question is, would it be cheaper to get the whole truck and rear axle if you wanted to put that in the back of your subie; provided its 3.9 or if its cheaper to go to the PAP and pull a t case and driveshafts.

Is that a Z20/22/24? FI or carb? Got a Z20 in my 510... hmmm...

hey Its a z24 motor I dont know if it is carbed or efi I thnk its carbed but I coiuld be way off Ill do some checking
