Just took my 93 legacy out for the test run after replacing the timing belt. The tensioner bolt had broken off on the highway. Fortunately the 2.2l engine is a noninerference type. I replaced the belt, tendsioner idler as well as the other 2 pulleys and the sproket along with all new bolts. It took 2 trys to get the belt on properly. On the first try I forgot to slide the tensioner to the left before pulling the pin.

I also replaced the valve cover and oil filler tube gaskets and put in new plugs. The t-belt, shaft seals, oil pump seal and water pump were all done about 40K ago so I didn't bother with them.

Thanks for all the advice and great links/writeups.
