And its just parked in front of my house:lol: We towed it from queen ane hill with his impreza! It was smokin...:rollin: Its pretty nice shape for only costing 50$ I found it and told him about it today, and he purchased it. Here is a pic of how it is right now parked next to my turbo wagon. <img src="http://www2.kidactors.com/phorum/download.php/28,489/Matt%20&%20Ausins%20subarus.jpg" style="border:0;"/>

nice 2WD GL at least - so it looks from this angle - auto or stick? - that's what I'm dealing with right now - putting 4WD in a 2WD. He'll find the tranny tunnel very interesting if he does it....

Very nice. You did well.

So heres the deal-
it cost me 50 bucks, and a rope tow...

the motor is dissasembled, and its a ea71, with a 4 spd S/R 4wd, in it...

it is a 1600GL, and it has no dents.. the front seats have small rips (driver side is pretty bad...) but the rest of the interior is pretty nice.. the paint will be buffed and waxed, then it should have a happy shine!

I love these cheap wagons!!!

so what I need-
I need a complete system, a running ea81, and the 4 spd D/R, with the proper wagon clutch... (anyone upgrading to a 5 spd and not want their 4 spd?) cause the setup in the car is not too happy... I will also need a complete ea81 exaust system, plus the Y pipe... (this one has the weird lookin ea71 style! and I need one rear tail light, (driver side) and I think there was one at lynwood PAP, going to go get it tomorrow!

then it should be good and runnin!

as cool as it would be to lift, I would rather have this one as my street driver (to replace the impreza when it sells...) cause its too nice to beat up...

however, dont worry, I will be back in the woods soon- as soon as I can get a lift from PK! (new project in the works!!)
muahahahha!!!

more news and pics to come!

Looks like the drivers side turn signal is cracked/chipped. If the one off my 82 brat will fit (good spare) then its yours free. I could send it north with someone after the rallycross or something, or leave it up in the area when I bring up the brat to get bobbed (and pick up body metal from turbone)

I'm looking at getting the stock exhaust out and doing a dual with H pipe. (no cats... dual 1.75" with H pipe and two Raptor mufflers. Got one raptor muffler already.)

Would the exhaust from a hatch work for ya Ratty? Willing to work reasonably with ya.

Austin, I think I have a complete exhaust sytem here for that. Plus some other do-dads! We can start to work off that trade:D

Austin, if qman's exhaust doesn't work for you, I think I have one that will. Also, last time I was at Lynnwood PAP, there was an '81 wagon with EA81 engine and d/r (I think) that had just come into the yard with enough body damage to make me believe that the engine and gearbox were good.
