Anyway, I'm Jay. I met you up in the pass when we went to that barbeque, you asked me for an e-mail about getting a job where I work.
e-mail Karen Batzle at firstname.lastname@example.org
You want to submit your resume, along with a "gaming history" section.
Include all the consoles you've owned, how often you play video games, stuff like that. If you have prior testing experience, PC, Console, or whatever... include that. Anything to make yourself look good.
If you have no official testing experience, you'll probably get hired as a temp tester. These guys get the ****ty end of the stick. They only call you if they need you for a shift. So basically they'll call you one day and say "Hey can you work 5 days.. friday to tuesday"?
Also, work is pretty scarce in the winter. Last year, for instance, I didnt work at all from october to january. It's harsh, but its all worth it once you get full time.
When you send in your resume, tell them I recommended you (I'm Jay Spang) because if you get hired I get $20 extra!
finally, if you have any questions, my AIM name is JaZZyJaYx and my e-mail is email@example.com

Besides, isnt a resume an application in paragraph form with some exageration on "minor" details?
