need to install drl's in 98 Forester

Help, I need Daytime running lights installed into a 98 Forester. Any one know a cheap way to do this? I am in Canada and need them to register my car.

There are lots of places to get universal kits for those things.

I don't see prices, but it looks like they've got lots of options.
