Guest 95LEGAWD
Just picked up a 95 Legacy AWD with the ABS light staying on-took it to a mech. & he gave me codes that indicated a bad right rear sensor. So, has anyone ever put in a new one?? Require special tools?? Thanks for your help:rollin
Guest Setright
Nope, but start with a visual inspection, it could just be mud or something in the way. The sensor disc that spins with the wheel should not have even a single hole blocked. Could also be the wire is broken. Good luck!
Guest rude
one bolt (10mm I think) with an extension lots of time...my 95 was rusted bad about 2 hours screwdrivers you don't mind breaking the tips off of if it's truely dead shouldn't be bad, just hit the sensor head with a punch and a hammer but don't expect it to work again rude
