I live in Portland and i have all the supply's to make 2 or 3 CARBON FIBER MANIFOLDS FOR THE EA-81 ENGINE ! Does anyone want to help me with mine and you can do yours for free ! All i ask is that you know what you are doing !!

I'd say practice with fiberglass, just to get the shaping of the fabric down.
And remember to criss-cross the "grain" in the fabric for strength.

do you have a picture of a carbon fiber manifold for a ea81 ? i am confused on how the water outlet from the engine is going to get to the radiator or how does the radiator hose hook to the manifold or engine ?
