I need coolant suggestions for a 98 OB flush and fill

What kind/brand are you all running and what do you reccomend I use? The manual suggests Ethylene glycol based anti-freeze. Is the procedure in the Haynes manual for this pretty accurate? I searched and didn't find any threads about this. TIA
