I hit a trailer hitch. So its not just a dent but more like a hole. The plastic is cracked and the styrafoam showing a bit. Its in the front center.

Has anyone tried to replace a bumper on a newer legacy? I have a 2003 with a dent in the front bumper and I want to fix it myself and save some $$ if possible, but not if its gonna take a lot of time or special tools (I'm kinda of a beginner at this car repair stuff).
