    yes your idle is way to low i have mine at 900-1000 and its fine plus it has better response off the line.

    i have an 86 turbo xt and it was doing the same thing , as soon as i put a new alternator in my problem was solved.

    i have an 86 turbo xt 5spd awd with a few mods. 2 days ago it started to spray oil out my blow off valve does this mean the seals inside the turbo are leaking? also i'm running 15psi and when you nail it it loses presure from 15 down to about 10. any help would be apreciated. thanks.
