    I have a 99 outback limited editon 46,000 miles. Today it started to shimmy the faster I go the worst the steering wheel shakes. If I let go of the steering wheel the car pulls to the right. I have jacked it up and everthing seems tight, no rattles or loose tie rods etc. Any suggestions? Things to check and how?

    help with getting the spark plugs out. Is there some trick to it. I have tried to pull the plug caps off and they won't move. Do they have to be turned, I have tried that 1/2 & 1/4 turns each way but still no go. And they are hell to get to. Is there a special tool?
