  1. 96 legacy abs light always on

    i finally got around to removing and cleaning each sensor. The light still stays on. It goes out after startup, but when you start to move the car it comes back on. How can I check the sensors electrically? Do I have to reset the abs computer? thanks ...Lee

    The ABS light comes on less than a minute after startup and stays on. This is on my 96 Legacy. This all started when my son ran it thru some high water. The sensors and the "toothed wheel" look clean. Does anyone know how to check the sensors electrically? Almost afraid to ask if they are expensive. Thanks...Lee
