  1. I am thinking of returning to Subaru with an 06 Outback wagon. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with towing with an outback. How much have you towed? How often do you tow? How does the car handle the towing experience? Any problems? Drive Safe, Joe
  2. Hi, I just signed up today and I have the same question. I had a 1991 Legacy wagon for 9 years and 109k miles and it was great. The worst problem was the visors broke. I now have 2000 Saab 9-5 that my wife can't get into any more (she has MS). She also needs an automatic now. I am looking at a 2006 Outback wagon for easier entry and good old Subaru reliability. I have a few questions: I read a bit about the head gasket issue. What is up with that? Can I get a short history and was the problem addressed for 2006? Any onter reliability issues I sahould know about? I have a <2000 lb trailer. I may want to tow with the outback. Does anyone tow with an outback? Is 1800 lb too much to ask? Drive Safe, Joe
