    yes, they're off -- I just found out that if you disconnect the neg terminal while leaving the key in the ignition and turned "on", then reconnect the battery that the problem is solved. thanks

    I disconnected my battery in order to reset my computer and now the parking lights won't stop blinking - any advice on how to fix?
