    Hi Everyone, I’m a Scooby Newbie and am thinking of Impreza engine-ing an ‘85 BRAT (or similar Scooby engine) I have no experience of Scoobys but have had Integrales is the past and now run Lancia Montecarlo’ s- and I’ve got a Pantera – so I’m reasonably clued up on dong the mechanicals and general modifications. Firstly, what Scooby engine would be best to go for – ’93 Imprezas are getting pretty cheap over here in the UK for instance. Can I transplant the brakes? Is the gearbox and/or transmission up to taking the power? Anything else I need to know? Cheers Phil
