    I'm looking for any insights and do it yourself tips on modifications that are necessary to import a 95 Legacy from the US to Canada. As far as I understand, I will have to somehow install a kit that turns the lights into daylight running lights. Any experiences with do it yourself solutions and costs would be appreciated. In addition, I think I may have to install anchors for child retraint tethering straps. Is that correct? Any experiences? Anything else? Thanks
