  1. 1 Lucky Texan's post is the one that did it for me. Brus Brother set me on the right track, but I think I was doing it wrong.
  2. The search function here is kinda not very good:) I asked this question yesterday and got some helpful replies and also found this in the search...I got my '06 Outback seatbelt beeper fixed, only beeps 6 times now, then stops. http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=46340&highlight=seatbelt
  3. Yep, it beeps 6 times and stops, now.I can handle 6 beeps.
  4. OK, I found all the posts in the search, I'm off to try again.....
  5. I tried that once, it says do it 3 times really fast, I couldn't get it to work, but I think I had the motor running when I did it. I'll try again. Thanks.
  6. Hey everybody, new Subie guy here. Recently bought a brand new Outback and love it, all but the seatbelt beeper. The thing is pretty obnoxious, starts beeping just as soon as you start the car. Up here in alaska we occasionally start up and let warm up, so as soon as I get in I get the damn beeper, also sometimes if I'm just driving down to the corner store I don't necessarily feel the need to buckle up. Is there any easy way to turn the thing off?
