    My manual says that the outback has a 4.111 final,so i just need to find out what the final is on the Impreza TX. I take it that there is some way to figure this out from the part number on the tramsmission?

    I have a 2000 Outback with a 5sp MT. It pops out of 4th when I back off on the gas. I have a line on a 1999 Impreza 5sp MT from Japan. Will it work. Is it a good idea.
