    I have the 2002 WRX 227hp. I found the following mod to the turbo and worndered if anybody can give me their advice on it. Step 1: look at the lower left hand cornor of your intercooler Step 2: just past it you will see a T where 3 hoses plug into Step 3: Unplug the hose that would be what the T stands on Step 4: After you unplug that hose you will realize that the hose is actully 2 hoses with a joiner in the middle. Step 5: Pull apart the two hoses and remove the connector from the hose still remaining attached to your car. Step 6: Tha hose that is still attached to your car just let it hang inside your engine.
