Hi John. Thank you for the response. I spoke to the dealership today, and since the car is so new, they may replace it for me at their cost or even lower. My salesperson is looking into it. They will try and clean it first, however. The problem I face with that it the fibers on the carpet are worn now as a result of my scrubbing. Thanks for giving me some hope! I was devastated when it happened.
