i thought the heads was what determined the compression is that not true on this motor?

I bought it from one of those Japanese motor imports looks like almost new real clean turbo down and i paid $ 650.00 for the motor and new timing belts.

My car is a singal port carb motor and i ordered a motor and it came as fuel injected turbo and i thought the intakes would interchange and they want and now the company want take the motor back and i got a motor that want fit the car talk about learning the hard way.

can you change a 87 ea82 dual port fuel injected motor to a carb? or did they only make a singal port carb intake?

Hello i have a 86 wagon carb motor and i have a 87 turbo motor can i swap if i change the harness and comp?

Hello im new here so i hope im in the right spot. I have a 1986 subaru wagon with a carb motor and i have really nice turbo fuel injected motor i would like to put in does anybody know exactly what i need to change to do this swap. I was going to swap intakes but one is a single port and the other is dual port. Can i just change the harness and comp? or is there more?
