coming home last night down a serious BFE road, start hearing a fast thumping noise when i hit rough spots. check if tire is flopping, no. keep going. get home, pull my right rear tire/wheel back and forth and the whole thing shifts, i feel in the shock boot, and it's all effed up. i do believe i blew out my shock, i know it needs a new on and it will be done ASAP but how much can i expect for repairs on this? thanks a lot......BTW ('97 legacy)

can't find any specific aftermarket intakes for a 97 legacy so i'm wondering if anyone knows of any other models that could be fittined to the 97?

i own the exact year and model and mine gets a little over 30 mpg so you either pulled a lemon or your gas gauge is the problem.

first time Subaru owner. recently bought a 97 2.5L Legacy GT and i'm wondering where the best place to start on this car would be. i would obviously like some improvement in the performance and mileage but within a resonable price. (p.s. please feel free to let me know of any common problems with this model/ things they are notorious for) thanks a lot!
