  1. No idle after choke shuts off

    Thanks for intrest - With the choke on, the RPM's are 2000. And after 5-10 minutes of driving ( car is warm - choke shuts off I think) it will not idle, and when running it lurches and has no power.

    Has anybody had this problem? I have a 87 GL wagon with the 1800 OHV, hitachi carb. It runs great in the morning until the choke shuts off, then it won't idle, and has no power. I did a search, and I could find no similiar problems. Please help..
